CHARACTERISTICS OF THE HOUSES

 

The Cooperative offers exclusively comfortable rooms and apartments located in Bologna and Milan. Each room is furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chair; the houses have a washing machine and a fridge.

 

The apartments are never overcrowded and are a maximum distance of 1.5 km away from the city center. The systems are up to standard and each tenant enjoys a regular independent individual lease. Each house is constantly monitored by the maintenance staff and any technical problems are resolved quickly.

 

Many apartments also have a dishwasher and air conditioning.
